RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Explain & break down complex billing to customers.
- Multitask between answering phone & toggling between multiple systems daily.
- Responsible for completing all assigned tasks, emails & customer inquiries by end of each day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active VA Property & Casualty License and willing to obtain VA Life/Health License
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Deadline Motivation
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Our office is located in Henrico, Virginia .
- Our office is open Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Bryant & Stratton College .
